Getting started

What exactly is Cleat?
Cleat is a punch-list, MAC ticket, and closeout-PDF app built specifically for office-furniture installers and furniture dealers. It lives on your phone (installable PWA), lets you pin photos to floorplans, and generates a signed closeout package when the job's done.
How do I start?
Sign up for a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You'll pick a workspace name, add a couple of punch items to try it out, and you're running. Most new users create their first project in under five minutes.
Does it work on iPhone / Android?
Yes. Cleat is a Progressive Web App — you open it in the browser, tap "Add to home screen", and it behaves like a native app. Works on iPhone, Android, iPad, laptop, anything with a modern browser.

Pricing

What do the plans include?
Starter ($29/mo) is for solo installers — 1 seat, 3 projects, 5 GB storage. Pro ($99/mo) is 5 seats, unlimited projects, 50 GB. Team ($299/mo) is unlimited seats, unlimited projects, 500 GB. All plans include punch capture, floorplan pins, MAC tickets, and signed closeout PDFs. E-signature is pay-per-use credits (10 for $10).
Is there a free plan?
Every new workspace gets 14 days free with every feature unlocked, no credit card required. Facilities managers get a free seat forever to submit MAC tickets — see the FM page for details.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing via Stripe. Downgrades are handled in the Stripe billing portal. If a smaller plan doesn't fit your current usage, reach out and we'll help you right-size before switching.

Security & data

Who owns my data?
You do. We don't sell or share your data, we don't train AI on your photos, and your floorplans stay private to your workspace and whoever you explicitly invite. If you leave, ask and we'll hand your data back.
What happens if I cancel?
Your workspace stays intact — data isn't deleted on cancel. Resubscribe anytime and pick up where you left off.
Where is my data hosted?
Hosted on our own infrastructure with regular backups. Every workspace's data is scoped by a tenant ID on every query — no cross-workspace visibility at any API surface.

Integrations

Does Cleat integrate with Hedberg / ProjectMatrix / Procore?
Not yet as direct API integrations, but the closeout PDF can be uploaded to any system that accepts file attachments. Integrations are on the roadmap — Hedberg and ProjectMatrix are the priority given our dealer-focused user base.
Can I import projects from Procore?
We can walk you through pulling punch items, photos, and floorplans out of Procore when you migrate a project. Reach out via the demo form and we'll help you scope the move.
Do you have a Zapier / n8n integration?
Not yet. Outbound event webhooks (closeout-signed, MAC-approved, etc.) and Zapier / n8n connectors are on the Year-2 roadmap. Let us know what you'd pipe it into — it shapes what we build first.

How do I contact you?
Email support is available on every plan. Response time is typically within 1 business day. For demos, use the request form on the dealers page.
Is there a referral program?
Not yet — a referral program is on the roadmap. For now, pass the link along and tell your contact we said hi. We track provenance so early referrers get credit when the program launches.
